Costs for these products will be set when the season starts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment in several ways:

  • Direct Deposit into our account. Please note that it takes at least 1 working day for the banks to transfer the funds into our account.
  • Credit Card via PayPal's secure payment system. There is no need to create a PayPal account. We do not see or have access to your credit card details at any time.
  • PayPal - use your existing PayPal account, or create one.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere in QLD, NT, ACT and NSW that is covered by Australia Post. Some areas of NSW are quarantine areas - please call for confirmation if you are unsure.

What are the delivery days?

The Achacha will usually be sent early in the week, especially to areas outside of Australia Post's Express Post guaranteed overnight delivery zone. Delivery will be via courier or Australia Post, so we cannot dictate specific times for delivery, but will notify you via email when your box has been sent.

Do I need to be at home to accept delivery?

No, you don't need to be present to collect the delivery. The fruit does not require refrigeration, however you should ensure that there is somewhere safe and not too hot for the box to be left. We cannot assume liability for fruit left in hot temperatures, so if this concerns you, try and have an alternative if you are out for large portions of the day. Consider having the delivery come to your office. You can specify special delivery details during the checkout process for when you are not at home - the back table, or maybe a neighbour would take it for you.

How is the fruit packaged?

The Achacha are packed in a sturdy cardboard box.

The gift box dimensions are 22cm x 17cm x 7cm.

The 4.4kg box dimensions are 43cm x30cm x 14cm.

Do you sell in other quantities?

No - we have the 600g gift box, and the standard 4.4kg box. The box contains 4.4kg so that its total weight when packed is under 5kg.

The Achacha will last a long time if kept in a plastic bag or sealed container on the bench or in a cupboard, ideally between 16ºC and 20ºC. Click here for storage information. If you feel it is too much for you, share some of the Achacha with your friends and family, or freeze them for eating later.

Remember to save the skins. Wash them and make the delicious Thirst Quencher drink. The skins from 1kg Achacha will make 4 litres of Thirst Quencher.

See the recipes page for other cooking ideas for your Achacha.
