Ingredients
Moderate
- 1 kilo peeled Achachas
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar syrup
- 2 shots white rum
- 1 bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine
Blend first 4 ingredients till puree is very smooth
Pour into chilled flutes
Add sparkling wine of your choice
Gently stir with long spoon
Garnish with a twirl of Achacha skin
To make Achacha pulp: Remove skins of 1 kilo of fruit, place white pulp in Thermomix on REVERSE, speed 3, 40 seconds, strain through colander, discard seeds. (Use skins for Achacha Thirst Quencher)
